Jaguar Premium Service at Shuman I own a Jaguar XK8 and have to bring it to Shuman to get the high level of service the vehicle requires. For example, at Shuman to precision bala I own a Jaguar XK8 and have to bring it to Shuman to get the high level of service the vehicle requires. For example, at Shuman to precision balance my tires, they use a "Load Force" balancing technque that requires a premium piece of capital equipment that Jaguar does not have. Further, the Chysler Service Technicians at Shuman seem to be more knowledgable about the intricacies of aligning the XK8 front-end than the Jaguar Technicians. The results of the work at Shuman was a much smoother ride with no vibration. I told the Jaguar Service Manger the after Jaguar aligned my front-end and balanced my tires, I had to take the vehicle to Shuman to get the vibration out. Plus the cost was much cheaper.
