Well I bought a vehicle here two months ago and have been waiting to rate the dealer until I am finished with my business with th Where shall I start? Well I bought a vehicle here two months ago and have been waiting to rate the dealer until I am finished with my business with them. However, since it doesn't look like it will end soon, I figured I better write it before I am dead and gone. I went to this dealer because I found the car I wanted with the miles I wanted for the price I was willing to pay on an online/apps out there. I came in and was prepared to pay the asking price. Didn't try to get It lowered at all and even came in with 10% down. It seemed like the whole deal would take less than an hour! Yay! Well 3 hours later I'm finally getting ready to leave the dealership. I never thought that I would have to come back so much the next 2 months. I didn't have them detail the car when I took it initially since I had ordered keyless entry and ended up getting Bluetooth package installed too. 3 days after I bought my car the tire alert came on. I came in and they didn't even label the correct tire for the service tech to look at. They ended up taking one tire off the rim and reseating and saying everything was fine (trip 1&2, since I had to leave it and pick it up later). The very next day the tire alert went off again while I was on my way to work. I called them back and they had me bring it back (trips 3&4). This time they must have checked the correct tire because when I came back to get the car they had plugged a nail hole. Then they told me it would cost me to plug this, and even gave me a little attitude and said "it was on the lot for weeks and never had a low tire." I complained by email to the correct people, since I didn't think buying an almost new car with a nail in the tire should be the new owner's financial responsibility. They did the write thing and offered to take double+ off of my Bluetooth package I was going to get added on. I had to come back up again to have the remote start installed (trips 5&6), while doing that they looked at a factory defect that occurred with a piece of my car. Once again, they acted like it must have somehow been something I did. When the remote start was finished they told me they ordered the replacement part and would put it in when they did the Bluetooth in two weeks. Two weeks later I took my car back in to get this round of work done (trips 7&8). This time when I was leaving I found out that they didn't do the Bluetooth because they didn't order the correct one for my car radio. They also didn't yet do the detail since they hadn't finished the installs on the inside of the car. Two weeks later I brought it back in and got the Bluetooth installed (trips 9&10). This time when I was leaving in found out that they didn't install the comets package and that they would get this last piece and call me back and set up a time to bring it back. Well a couple weeks later as I sit here and prepare myself to take road trips 11&12 for this "last" round of work, I shutter to think what they will say went wrong next. It's bad that I drove past 2 Chrysler dealerships to get to this one. What's also bad is they only gave me 1/2 tank of fuel when I purchased the car and having them run it through their car wash after they service it is like pulling teeth. You would think that the service guys have to pay for the car wash. I am currently at approx 500 miles for this place. That's like 1 1/2 tanks of fuel. More

They were friendly from the time you got there to the time you left; they were friendly, polite, upfront, knowledgable, honest, hardworking, outgoing, generous, courteous, time efficient, patient, & most of all consistent. I had the honor working with Nick & Ryan Edwards, in which they both did an excellent job of going above & beyond to satisfy & make me a happy customer at the end of the day!!!!
