Not the best I went to this dealership because they had the exact Jeep I was looking for on the lot. Unfortunately it sold the night before I went to look at it. I I went to this dealership because they had the exact Jeep I was looking for on the lot. Unfortunately it sold the night before I went to look at it. I was able to test drive a similar Jeep during my lunch at work but it was not the one I wanted. The salesperson told me they could find a Jeep that was the same as the one I originally went to look at. That is when the bad experience started she insisted I give her $100.00 so they could start looking for a vehicle when I refused to give her any money without having agreed on a price she insisted I explained to someone else why I wouldn’t give them a deposit. What a hassle I would never give any one any money without knowing the specifics of the deal. I returned to the dealer later in the day after work to continue the process I should have went somewhere else at that point but she had called me and told me they had found a Jeep that was exactly what I wanted. So we agreed on a price and I gave them the deposit and signed a purchase agreement and was ready to pick up my vehicle the next day. The next day I called the sales person to make sure everything was okay. When I called she asked me if I was able to find someone who was able to give me the friends and family discount and then she said well it’s not a deal breaker if you can’t get it for that price is it. I was furious to have agreed upon a price and then have someone tell you they can’t hold up their end of the deal absolutely no integrity what so ever! I did end up getting it for the price we agreed on but it felt like they were trying to take advantage of me throughout the entire process. Then she knew nothing at all about the vehicle. She told me the wrong procedure for shifting into four wheel drive. She told me I couldn’t use the Bluetooth to play music from my phone. It seemed like if she couldn’t answer my question she would just lie I told her multiple times when she was trying to connect my phone to never mind I will read the owner’s manual but she insisted on setting it up by shouting out different commands until it finally worked. Then when she tried to put my license plate on she almost drilled a hole right through the body of the jeep I ended up taking the tools from her and doing it myself. She could see my frustration with her when I went to pick up my vehicle so I was amazed when she handed me this card and asked me to fill out a review and said she wouldn’t get any credit for it unless it was a perfect review. Perfect service would have deserved a perfect review honesty and integrity are very important to me. A couple weeks later I found out they didn’t give me all the accessories included with the Willys package I had to call and ask for them and then return to the dealership to pick them up. I do love my Jeep and I believe I got it for a fair price. More

I called the dealership and they said to come right up. They not only showed me how to do this procedure, but they also washed the van for me. ( No charge for anything.) Learned more about Jeep in the 20 minutes Steve showed me than in the previous 3 years I was leasing my Grand Cherokee. The process to lease was quick and there was never a point where I was left in the blue on what process they are currently going through. I thought the process to turn in an existing lease and purchase another was going to be a few day process, but Shuman and Steve made it happen within 2 1/2 hours. I live about 35 minutes away from Shuman and there is no chance, I will going to another dealership in 36 months. More
