Kendal managed to get a loaner car for me for the day. This made it very possible for me to not miss the work I had for the day and not have to cancel my appointment. In short my bill was $90.00 less than what was estimated. I appreciate the honesty and the savings. I will be a returning customer. More

Great Experience Mike Yezak is the reason I'm in my Jeep today. I went to another Jeep Dealership a few days before I went to Shuman. The salesman was disinterested Mike Yezak is the reason I'm in my Jeep today. I went to another Jeep Dealership a few days before I went to Shuman. The salesman was disinterested and not willing to work with me. He actually sent me away and said that this wasn't the truck for me. I almost didn't go to Shuman, but thought I'd give it one more try. This was the opposite experience. Mike helped me get the truck AND the features that I was looking for. He worked with me on the trade-in and made me feel confident with my purchase. After I purchased the truck, he went through everything it offers so that I drove away feeling very knowledgable.
