Very pleased I had been looking for a Dodge Charger for a week and dove many unneeded miles to find out what these other dealers claimed to be perfect condition we I had been looking for a Dodge Charger for a week and dove many unneeded miles to find out what these other dealers claimed to be perfect condition were really just junk I was ready to give up! I made one last call and it was to Shuman chrysler! To my pleasent surprise they did have a charger and in my price range. I asked for honesty on the condition of the car and within 5 minutes I rec'd a text from my salesman Ryan Edwards. He more than honest about the condition of This car. He sent me about 7 pics of even the smallest of small scratches on the car so small I could not see them in the pic. So I drove over 1.25 hours to get to the dealership which Ryan helped me find with directions. I pulled in an Ryan was waiting for me at the door he had already had the car washed and put up front for me I was amazed not only of the great service but the condition o the car. He was super honest about the car. My whole experience with Ryan was outstanding from the first phone call to the hand shake as I was leaving and such a gentleman. If I could give him more than 5 stars he sure would get at least 10 from me. My whole experience was just outstanding. My finance manager Nick Scheibel was great and super friendly. I had called about a Dodge SRT Viper that they had in inventory asking if It was possible to sit in (and test drive if possible) to verify if I fit. Having come from 2 other dealers that wouldn't seem to give me the time of day I was happy to have run across Steve. He did his best to accommodate my request and absolutely was responsive and involved in seeing to it that my dream became a reality. After sitting down and talking to him, sitting in the car (I'm tall) and making sure I fit. I went home and mulled over what I was looking to spend and what I wanted. I came back about a week later with a deposit check and we got the ball rolling. Absolutely stellar customer service. Quick response on emails, and he watched the creation of the car as if it were his. I highly recommend people purchase from here -- you won't find more involved and engaging staff. More
