Good service I would recommend the sales and service department but not the financing department. I had a major issue with Huntington bank after the sale even tho I would recommend the sales and service department but not the financing department. I had a major issue with Huntington bank after the sale even though I'm in the "800 Club" with my credit rating. Although it is a distance from my home and work I decided to take it back to Shuman for my first oil change. Service was prompt and included upgrading my car for recalls, some I knew about and some I didn't. I had questions on some things about my car that I didn't understand and was given good explanations but not shown. The only complaint I have about the service today was that my receipt says my car was washed. It was not. More
