Fantastic Experience I recently had my car stolen, and while i was awaiting the insurance company, i found a great used car on their used car lot.....test drove it........ I recently had my car stolen, and while i was awaiting the insurance company, i found a great used car on their used car lot.....test drove it........loved it and put a small deposit down to hold it, awaiting insurance payment. I compared their pricing with several other dealerships on similar models. Shuman was below KBB and very competitive off their used car lot. I'm an FCA/Chrysler employee, and even I was totally fed up with the typical bait-and-switch techniques from other dealerships. If your sales model requires you to entice me to physically show up to your location before quoting me a price, then we are not going to do business. Period. I called up Shuman on a whim after working with several other dealerships to try and lease a Ram 1500. Other dealerships were slow to call back, reluctant to quote me a price if I wasn't seated at the table with them, and were dishonest about their in-stock inventory. Noah Spurlock was the total opposite of that. He was in-touch with what I wanted in a truck and didn't try to up-sale me on options that he knew I wouldn't want. He was honest about my trade-in value. He sent me the exact stock number and a price quoted along with it before I ever set foot in the dealership, and once I got there it was exactly what I expected. We worked up a deal within an hour, and he delivered the vehicle to me at work the next day and drove my trade-in back with him! If you are currently working with another dealership, I highly recommend giving Shuman a call. You never know, you might just wind up pleasantly surprised. More
