This past weekend I brought in my wife's car that had 3 recalls; Mike said he could only do 2 and I would need to return during the week to have the third one adhered to. When I was called to let me know the car was ready Mike explained that the technician Erik E. had noticed the third recall on the work order and went ahead and made the recall repairs.
