Great Experience! After being jerked around by another local dealer, I gave the Costco Auto Program a try, figured it couldn't hurt. Within 5 minutes of completing the request online(on Sunday), I received an email from Costco directing me to Shuman. Within another 5 minutes, received an email from Shuman...Monday morning at 9:04AM received a call from a sales person at Shuman. Had a brief phone conversation. Stopped by unannounced the following day...my sales person was with a customer so the sales manager sat me down in his office, it was 45 minutes before closing time. Spent an hour-hour and a half with me, without even checking his watch, no urgency to go home. My sales person even joined in once he was freed up. No smoke and mirrors dealership xx, no hidden numbers, just two guys that wanted to see me get a satisfying deal on the vehicle I wanted. Zero pressure, no attempt to steer me to a vehicle in stock, nothing but good conversation with a couple of honest guys. Hands down, best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. More
