I honestly didn't expect him to be so professional and a downright joy to work with-all things considered. I should have known better. Working with Justin made for the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. He was so accommodating, communicative and patient throughout the two-week process. He answered every email, text and call almost immediately. We had him run all kinds of quotes to make sure we were comfortable with cost, miles and options. This couldn't have been an easy task because we haven't leased a car before...I even thought I was obnoxious, but Justin never made me feel that way. He happily rolled with the punches and ended up finding me my dream truck. At Shuman, all the employees we met were great. I've always felt rushed in dealerships, not here. It was 20 minutes before close the first night I stopped in. Justin still had my trade-in appraised, showed me a Ram, introduced me to his co-worker and we all had a really nice conversation, much passed closing. Your dealership is bright, clean and spacious. And there's a play area that kept our 3 year old entertained the whole time we were signing! The only thing that could make your dealership any better was if I could drop him back off with you guys and leave for a couple hours :) Can't wait to see you all in two years!
