Fantastic Dealer! We bought a 2016 Challenger Hellcat sight unseen from Shuman. Robbie Schan was our rep and took care of all the details. We were going to not use a loan but their in house financing person found us an unbelievable rate that was so good we couldn't turn the offer down. Then, Robbie and his crew arranged to have my wife and I picked up from Detroit International Airport at no cost. Our plane was 5 hours delayed and they WAITED the whole time for us. Not only was it Friday night but both the finance manager and store owner stuck around to make sure we felt welcome. We didn't get to the dealership until at least 7:30pm and they close at 6 and they couldn't be more understanding and professional. These guys are legit. Hands down best dealer to buy any car of any type. I can say with honesty that this was the best dealership experience I have ever had! More

Working with Mike on the internet and by email worked wonderfully. With projects to run and a company to run I didn't have a lot of time to sit in a dealership and dice with a salesman. I generally by a car a year. If you keep this up you will have a customer for a long time. More
