Over the past 2 months I have had to block 4 or 5 different dealership phone numbers in my phone because they would call me every day at 7am and others at 9pm. They would hound me! That kind of sales person turns me off from a sale. I would rather pay a little extra and deal with the dealership/sales rep that fitted my style. The Shuman dealership was great all around. Shuman has the best selection of vehicles that I found. Shuman is also very lucky to have Steve Knapp as a sales rep. If it wasn't for Steve, I would have bought my car elsewhere. Worst service ever I have been bringing my vehicle there for 7 years for service was for the most part fine until service last summer and recently. The service advisor n I have been bringing my vehicle there for 7 years for service was for the most part fine until service last summer and recently. The service advisor never called me I had to call him after my car was night dropped. He then said would get it in in late morning after three calls in the afternoon he said were busy and had cars left over and never got the car in. After I stated you told me probably this morning he said oh we got one thing addressed I asked him what he said he didn't know. He was supposed to make arrangements at enterprise rental for me never did. Last summer the advisor made a mistake on my warranty and tried to charge me for repairs he offered me a free oil change on my other car I made an appointment and dropped it off for three hours picked it got home to find the oil change was never performed I had to return to the dealer. Very incompetent to say the least to have problems a year apart with same service advisor. More
