Within hours of an on line inquiry I was contacted by E-mail and a phone call by Danny Hami, a salesman at Shuman. I went to the dealership and Danny was very helpfull and personable and took extra time to explain all aspects of what was available through the Costco program. When I decided on a model and color combination Danny searched all available dealers to make a trade for the vehicle I wanted. This was without a doubt one of the easiest and most stress free auto deals that I ever made. Danny made sure I got all the incentives available and made sure everything went smoothly. When I decided to add a spare tire kit to my vehicle Danny took me to the service department where I was promptly taken care of by service manger Mike Weinstein who made arraingments to have the kit istalled while I waited and only charged me for the portion of the hour that it took to install the kit. The technician, Larry H. did the install in a timely and professional manner. Everybody I had contact with with at the dealership from the Salesman, to the Finance Manager to the service department and the cashiers were very friendly, helpfull and courteous.
