I called late last evening to the Service Dept. for some issues my (new) used Jeep started having recently. I was told that all appts. were full on Friday & "they could try to work me in" if I dropped my Jeep early in the morning. Upon arriving this morning @ 730 am, I was told, again, the day was filled & did I want to make an appt. for Wednesday? Panicked, I said "I have to leave tonight to go out of state w. a reliable vehicle that can carry mountain bikes" Tim Delaney stepped in quickly after learning I had just purchased this used Jeep just 8 wks ago from Shuman and was already here for trouble. He said if they couldn't get the Jeep fixed today, he'd arrange a loaner that could carry my bikes & not to worry. Not 4 hours later, Rick Schwartz called me & told me a Sensor/Software issue had indeed been fixed for me that morning & I could come get my vehicle. AND it was covered under the Jeep warranty AND they gave my Jeep a bath. I know we all hear about it, at work, when things go wrong but, don't often here when a good job/ good customer service has been performed. I absolutely could not have been MORE pleased with the prompt and caring service I received this morning! More

The dealership has a wide selection of vehicles in each Jeep model line and the staff were all very helpful with my lease turn-in and my new lease process. I've purchased/leased over a dozen new vehicles in my life and this experience was definitely among the best I've had. I can highly recommend both Shuman Jeep and Noah Spurlock if you are interested in a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram product. Many times you leave a dealership with a bad feeling about how things went and rarely do you get to leave feeling good about the people you just did business with.
