After a couple of phone calls to dealers close to our area, we decided to try Shuman as they advertise themselves as being a smaller than average store (that doesn't have a coffee shop, beauty shop, or mall within it..haha) and which has been in the family for decades..and because of that, they are able to work with their customers to try and get a good deal. We were lucky enough to be connected to a terrific young lady named Amy Luoma who was extremely knowledgeable and motivated. Amy was the first Salesperson to call us back with a quote on what we wanted. Over the next few days, Amy was in constant contact with us as we decided on options, decided on price-point, etc. Amy made sure we were comfortable at all times and never once pressured us on any part of the process, she and Shuman came through with a deal that other sales people/dealerships could not come up with. Yes, we had to drive 45 minutes to get that deal however it was well worth it. Our entire shopping process began on Monday (visiting our local dealership) and by Thursday we had the keys to our Ram in our hand that we got from Shuman. When we met Amy she welcomed us, made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and made sure we were 100% satisfied with every part of the deal. Even our Insurance Rep was impressed by Amy's lovely personality and professionalism. Of course, the Sales Managers were extremely influential in the process. We met Chuck who walked us through the paperwork, also a great person to work with. If you are in the market for Chrysler product and want to REALLY be taken care of from the moment you walk into the dealership (or pick up the phone, like we did), to the moment you drive off in your vehicle, you must go see Amy Luoma at Shuman.
