From the moment Isay responded to my request through auto trader I knew this experience was going to be different. He knew my name from the first call, picked up my call every time that he could, and said hi like I was talking to an old friend (by the end of the experience I feel like we are old friends). He was straight forward, willing to work with me on the truck, and passed me along smoothly to his very knowledgeable and friendly F&I manager Steve Smith. My grandfather ran a used car lot when I was a kid and I know he'd be proud of the service I had received and would have gladly had both of these gentlemen on his team. First time leasing a Ram highly satisfied!! I recently leased a 2016 Ram 1500 big horn with the 3.6 First off the truck is great, I come from Ford and GM trucks. My last GM truck was a 2014 Si I recently leased a 2016 Ram 1500 big horn with the 3.6 First off the truck is great, I come from Ford and GM trucks. My last GM truck was a 2014 Sierra SLE and I was not impressed at all, I wasn't feeling the new F150 body style so the Rams starting looking nicer and nicer. The features on this truck are crazy, so many bells and whistles the Big Horn package is the way to go if you're on a small budget. The truck rides like a full size SUV with A TON of room inside. The V6 gets up and goes like no problem, I have had GM 5.3, 4.3 and Ford 5.4 in all of my trucks. The 3.6 feels like a V8, plenty of passing power, no acceleration lag it goes! Matched up with the 8 speed automatic after 180 miles I am averaging 16.7 MPG city and thats before engine break in period, I expect it to go up from there. As far as my sales experience Mike Yezak was on the ball the entire time from beginning to delivery. He went over and above for me to get my payment comfortable, remained patient as I figured out my finances and helped me price out multiple vehicles before I finally settled on the Ram.
