Wonderful Sales Team My husband and I purchased a Jeep from Shuman about 10 years ago. Since then, we had leased a Chrysler from another dealership and after three years, My husband and I purchased a Jeep from Shuman about 10 years ago. Since then, we had leased a Chrysler from another dealership and after three years, it was time to turn it in. We went back to the dealership we leased the Chrysler from and received the worst customer service possible, so we decided to go back to Shuman. The difference was night and day. Tim Dalsasso was our salesman and from our initial inquiry to signing the lease documents, he provided superior customer service. What also impressed us about Shuman was the willingness of other sales people to help while we waited for Tim to return from a test drive with some customers. A different salesman brought around the car that we were looking to lease so that we could take it on a test drive instead of just sitting and waiting for Tim. It was very refreshing to watch the staff at Shuman work as a team and put the customer first. I would highly recommend Shuman to anyone looking for a stress free leasing/buying experience. We are so happy with the service we received from the dealership as a whole, that we hoping to buy a second vehicle from them within the month. More

We drove it around and thought that was it. Jakes friendliness made us feel comfortable. His professionalism was over the top compared to other dealerships we have visited. He sensed we had a strong interest in pickups, so he showed us a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. We took it for a ride; Jake's in the backseat pointing out all the fantastic options (the Exedition didn't have). Thought about the Expedition and Ram for a few days and decided the Ram Big Horn was it. Jake's patience and interest in wanting us to be happy with what we bought helped us in making the right decision. I've already told several people about Shuman and go see Jake:). By the way, we had no intentions to purchase a car for my husband. He saw a 5 series BMW, Jake said "Just take it for a ride". We bought that too.
