A new car was in my future I went to Shuman to check out what they had to offer. I was interested in a new Jeep but I wanted a price I could handle easily. Our family 'fleet' has included one or more mini-vans for many years, and I had read some great reviews of Chrysler's new 2017 Pacifica mini-van. The only points of discussion for us were choosing trim level, colors, and options. I knew that John listened closely to what were the key decision factors for us, including expected trade-in value for one of our existing vehicles, because he began offering us relevant information on available Pacifica inventory and financing options. This was in contrast to a negative experience I had with another dealer in a prior year, when the sales person seemed focused solely on pushing a particular product and completely ignored my questions about trade-ins. John offered a test-drive, suggested we look on their large lot for exterior/interior color combinations that appealed to us, and then found exactly the vehicle we wanted. Just 4 days later I was driving off Shuman's lot with a big smile, since John eliminated all of the hassles! More
