After having our vehicle for 1 day I noticed a scratch on the driver side review mirror and black sludge on the passenger side window. in addtion I noticed that the oil was not changed prior to us taking the vehicle home either (we leased a demo). John was quick to rectify our problems and was apologetic for the over sights. He provided me an explanation of what to do. I can say today that all 3 issues were rectified quickly with no out of pocket cost to us. These are the type of attributes that keep a customer coming back! More
