A very likeable man who obviously knew his facts about the Grand Cherokee I was interested in and he promptly found one in his inventory. Because I have had both hips replaced, I am very particular about getting a comfortable drivers seat, to the point where I will drive any vehicle for an extended time to check out the seat comfort. Jeremy went out of his way to let me drive the new Grand Cherokee home on an overnite evaluation ride and that cinched the deal after the car and seat performed very well. A real pleasure to work with which made the buying experience fun for a change.
