Experience buying my first Chrysler car in 40 years Amy, Chuck and DJ were great to work with. It has been awhile since I had to haggle when buying a new car, but I did my homework and Chuck and DJ were Amy, Chuck and DJ were great to work with. It has been awhile since I had to haggle when buying a new car, but I did my homework and Chuck and DJ were flexible in making sure that I was able to purchase as a "one stop shop" when it came to my finance rate (they matched what I could get lower due to my credit rating) and with the warranty. Amy was great to deal with did not pressure and was eager to help get me what I wanted. I have been a GM fan for many years and turned in a leased Buick Encore for something with 7 passenger seats at a price I could afford, that's how I came to Shuman to look at the Dodge Journey. This has nothing to do with the dealership, however, there were a few things that were instant cons for me as I was reviewing all the details of the car with Amy. Safety issues, no blind spot indicator on the side mirrors, something I will have to get used to. No voice recognition if you need to make a phone call and to top it off, expected a full tank of gas and was informed that they were only allowed to fill the tank up half way....REALLY how cheap can that be after all the money from the huge markup people pay, these are just a few from what I am used to with GM. Hoping for the best so we shall see if I stay with Chrysler or go back to GM/Buick. More
