Great Service, Fast, Kind, Educational, Free Shuttle I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 Sport and one morning my car had a hard time starting. My engine light went on the day before which I thought was odd since I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 Sport and one morning my car had a hard time starting. My engine light went on the day before which I thought was odd since I just got an oil change a week or two before. Luckily I got my car started to get to work and it was driving fine. It started fine later, but my engine light was still on. I took it in to Rick Schwartz at Shuman's a day earlier than he could see it only because I wouldn't have had a ride back home. He were so accommodating being able to keep my car overnight for no charge. I picked it up the next day before they closed and he said my system just needed an update. Once I got to my car the engine light was back on. Since I knew they were closing, I didn't bother to call until tomorrow. Once I called Rick was very apologetic and said he would look at it right away since he didn't fix it the first time. They gave me a free shuttle to my house that night. The next day around 4:00 they figured out what it was. Their shuttle was able to pick me up at 5:00 and I had my car back that day, with no engine light on this time! Rick was very nice, educated me on what happened, and gave me a great discount. I'll definitely be back to see him if I ever have a problem with my car again!
