I mostly knew what I wanted and my salesman, Mike, helped me with figure out the rest. When I asked for a couple of days to think before the purchase, there was zero pressure applied. The car I finally specked out was rare and had to be ordered from the factory. Mike must have connections at FCA HQ, because the car was built and arrived in just four weeks (which is some kind of record for a custom order, at least in my experience). And all the while Mike kept in touch with me by email keeping me informed of my order's progress through paper processing, VIN assignment, factory, arrival in final inspection, estimated ship date, and the day and time it was loaded on the carrier truck for delivery to Shuman.. When I picked up the car it was completely prepped and in immaculate condition both inside and out.. I have never had a dealer take such care in presenting the car (and I've been buying cars for a lot of years). Mike then took about 40 minutes to sit in the he new car with me and go over all the controls and settings which I greatly appreciated. He would have spent more than 40 had I requested. there was never a rush. And I should say the Mike's command of vehicle's features and operations was prodigious -- there's nothing like dealing with an informed salesman who knows his products like the back of his hand. DJ is the F&I manager who also knew his business. As with the car itself, I knew that I wanted an extended warranty going in and what price I was willing to pay. And just as with the car, there was no argument. My sit-down with F&I was brief and productive. Again, uneventful as it should be. These guys are great and I recommend them. And, by the way, the 2017 Durango I purchased is fantastic. I had not owned a Durango previously, but my research revealed very high customer satisfaction with the vehicle. After driving it around for two. days as hard as I look, I can find no warranty claims to make. The build quality is impressive and I can see how owners would squeal with delight over this car (truck). You wouldn't believe how well it drive unless you tried it out. More
