Great Experience - Direct, convenient, and no-nonsense My wife and I were searching for a Cherokee Trailhawk for about a month. We had originally planned to buy a 2-3 year old car with 20,000-30,000 miles My wife and I were searching for a Cherokee Trailhawk for about a month. We had originally planned to buy a 2-3 year old car with 20,000-30,000 miles. After seeing the used car prices, we wanted to check on new prices to see the cost difference. We were able to find a few vehicles out of state that were competitively priced. Using these vehicles as a benchmark for cost, we shopped around at 4 local Jeep dealerships to see if anyone could match the price. Several dealerships gave a lot of reasons why matching the price wasn't possible, but went on to say why we should deal locally and how in the end their service would make up the difference. These dealerships were slow to respond with factual information and didn't seem to have a good sense of how to operate Chrysler's online inventory system. When I found the Jeep we were looking for at Shuman's I called to see if it was available and if they could match the pricing I had seen out of state. Justin Davis was my salesperson, and he made the experience great. He was very knowledge on the purchasing process, the vehicle, the inventory system, the pricing incentives, and how to treat a customer. He answered my questions quickly and I was in/out of there in 45 minutes. During this time we test drove the vehicle, negotiated price, checked regional inventory, checked incentives, and discussed next steps for vehicle pick up. When I needed to pick up the vehicle at a specific time, Justin came in on his day off to make this possible. More
