This is how buying a car should be I visited another dealer first to shop for a Chrysler Pacifica and felt like I was wasting my time. Thanksfully, I ended up at Shuman through Costco's auto-buying program, and in addition to getting a much better price I finally felt like I had found a dealership that cared about selling me exactly what I wanted rather than just trying to make a sale. My salesman, Noah Spurlock, knew every detail about the vehicle and helped me determine that it would be right vehicle for my family. The entire process was easy and painless. There was never any pressure to make a decision on the spot about anything. When I had questions, Noah responded quickly and always found the answer I needed. He put together a great deal, handled most of the process by email, and made sure there were no surprises when I went in to sign the paperwork and take delivery.
