I am trying to tell everyone who is looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep to get prices at other dealers, and then go here. They have been cheaper every time and they didn't show me vehicles with options I didn't need or want. They found exactly what i was looking for every time. Persistent Person :) In 2016, I purchased a '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Immediately it had crank w/no start issues. No one was able to determine the cause of the issue. This carried on for the entire year I had the vehicle. After a year of tolerating the issue and returning it to the service department, I returned to the Used Dealership. After a few words, Sarge, John, and Steven were able to help me out and replaced the vehicle with a new one. It was a stressful situation for all involved. Tim and Kendyl in the Service Dept were exceptionally helpful and pleasant each and every time I returned. They are the very definition of Customer Service! I am very pleased with the outcome. More
