Horrendous service experience! Dealer is unethical and has zero interest to keep customers aware of general service needs of your vehicle. They do not inspect for basic wear items such as brake pads duri has zero interest to keep customers aware of general service needs of your vehicle. They do not inspect for basic wear items such as brake pads during service intervals with multipoint inspection and charge outrageous prices once vehicle has an issue. $1,200 for front brake pad and brake rotor replacement service. Service manager will acknowledge they should perform basic inspections to keep customers aware during service intervals however they choose not to do it. The dealer takes zero accountability and has no interest to listen to or address customer concerns or needs. Truly an embarrassing experience which has caused me to question why I should ever consider owning or recommending a FCA product in the future. More
