Best Dealership experience in a long time Took my grandson there to look at a used car and was lucky enough to meet Columbus Smith as we walked in. We did decide to buy the vehicle and were able to complete everything without having to come back which made the trip very worthwhile. Everyone we met were very easy to deal with and helpful with the parts dealing with them starting with a phone call to Chris and ending with Sean in finance which left us feeling that our business mattered. I would suggest that if you go to this dealership, when you walk in the front door, look for a guy with the biggest smile and friendly "Hello" and that will be Columbus Smith and then relax and enjoy. Quick, simple, and wonderful results! We had lost hope that a Jeep Cherokee was in the budget. And we set our eyes on a Rogue. Literally moments before we signed paperwork a co-worker told We had lost hope that a Jeep Cherokee was in the budget. And we set our eyes on a Rogue. Literally moments before we signed paperwork a co-worker told us her salesperson at another LaFontaine dealership, Robert Halfacre, had found us a Cherokee in our price range, with Andrew. Thinking it was too good to be true, we decided to drive over (20-30 miles) to check it out. And Andrew Hatch sure did deliver! We got there at 3:30 on Sat, and he stayed over to get things situated. Since it was so late, we were not able to do complete the paperwork that day. BUT Andrew himself brought the vehicle to our house, in Livonia, on Monday, so we didn't have to make the trek out to Saline after work! I will add, another Jeep dealership quoted us at a lease price of $150 more a month, and wanted to give us $2,000 less for our trade in. Andrew and the staff was willing to work with us (quite quickly and efficiently) to get my spouse into his vehicle of choice. Very satisfied with the dealership. More
