I had first contacted another local dealership and after three days of suspense, they finally produced a response regarding lease terms of two models- and that was grossly inadequate. Any information had to pulled out of them. Needless to say, I was looking for better service and a friend recommended Barney Porzondek. After only a few minutes, Barney had provided a wealth of information that made a decision easy as to which car, length of lease, and mileage was best for me. Picking up the vehicle went very smooth and did not take the inordinate length of time I was used to previously at other dealerships. The car was well-prepped and the paper work was ready to sign. The entire process was painless and enjoyable. Barney is very knowledge in the product lines, as well as the leasing and financing options. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. More

poor treatment Unfortunately I don't have positive news to post about but I will share this issue that I'm having. But before I start I do want to be respectful to those who do care and try to make this a better business. After dropping off my car for a routine oil change plus having some one from the service center drive my car to check a noise coming from the back tires. I was unfortunately supprised by the fact that my car was completely dirty and covered in dirt. What is making me angry is the fact that I specifically said that the "noise coming from the back" can only be heard on a smooth road and not on a rough road. So why was my car taken on a dirt road as well as if I dropped off my car clean why was it given back to me dirty and highly unprofessional manner? I feel sorry for the poor souls that have to take the wiping from angry customers but small things like this add up and with time this will catch up with them. Best of luck More

Ivan Graham and the Chrysler Aspen This was the worst experience of my life. Got my oil changed on 6/2/17. On Saturday 6/3/17 the oil drain plug popped off. Wife stopped in time, so I This was the worst experience of my life. Got my oil changed on 6/2/17. On Saturday 6/3/17 the oil drain plug popped off. Wife stopped in time, so I got it towed to my house where I put a new drain plug in it and refilled it with oil. I don't know if this was personal but it was truly unprofessional. I experienced yet a another nefarious incident where they broke my tps monitor. This dealership is truly unprofessional. More

My Jeep has been excellent to this point, no major problems and rides great. The dealership was nice and clean with a very friendly staff. Lafontaine Saline is a 45 minute ride from where I live, and I didn't have anyone to ride with me to get the truck. My salesman was Mr. Columbus Smith; he personally picked me up and took me in to the dealership to look at the Jeep. Columbus also said he would arrainge transportation home if I chose not to purchase (confidence or just great service??? either way it was greatly appreciated.) I look forward to making another purchase in the next 3 to 6 months; and Lafontaine Saline will definitely be my first stop. More

Wonderful experience! I went into the dealership April 2017 to look at a used car I saw on Auto Trader. The sales rep my appointment was with was not in but I was immediately sat with Columbus who helped me find exactly what I wanted. He introduced me to 3 options the Compass, Renegade and Patriot. After test driving I narrowed it down to two and he let me know which one would be the best option based on the payment I wanted. He stayed after hours to finish everything up and I walked out with a car I absolutely love for a payment I can afford!
