He was never pushy, not like salesmen I had encountered at the Ford dealership. It was a very nice change to deal with a saleman who had a pleasing personality and really wanted to get me the car I wanted and not what he wanted to get rid of from stock. I have purchased many cars from other dealers in the past, but I have never had a transaction that went so smoothly - from the moment I first walked in the door to the time my car arrived and all the papers were signed. The Business Manager, Ramiro Moreno, had all the paper work finished when I arrived to pick up the car. He and Nick had arranged for the plates to be on the car, my insurance coverage had been taken care of and all I had to do was hand over my check, pick up my keys and drive off.
