Service was Good, Result of Electronic Diagnostics a Shock Town and Country was taken in to investigate the failure of the rear back up camera and blind spot system Total cost to repair system was quoted $317 Town and Country was taken in to investigate the failure of the rear back up camera and blind spot system Total cost to repair system was quoted $3173.00. As much as I like the system I can't see investing that much into the vesicle and I am very disappointed that the system failed in this very short duration. Joe was as kind as he could be to break the news to me but there is no way to deliver that kind of bad news with a favorable outcome. I do appreciate that the work order was originally written as requiring 2 hours of diagnostic testing at $124.00 per hour but ultimately I was charged for just the one. Some investigation on my part has found this system is subject failure and it would be nice if Chrysler could find some middle ground on helping out owners that have been subjected to this failure. More

Look Elsewhere Sold me a car that needed repairs less than 3 weeks after I purchased the car. Paying deductibles for repairs already. The sale was all that mattered. If they can only offer you one car, might be a good idea to run. The tie rods needed to be replaced, there were two speakers busted, the oil and tire light came on, an alignment was completed, and I was told that the brakes would be greased to keep from squealing although the necessary repairs would cost me $400 because these specific cables aren't covered under my warranty. I spoke with Dennis, the used car sales manager, and he basically told me that I had the option of getting repairs fixed under the warranty within 3 months or not fixing them at all. If you don't live close to the dealer, don't go for repairs. My car was kept Friday-Tuesday. Service claimed no one was available to pick me up so I had to pay $40 to catch an uber from Detroit. More
