Taking the purchase experience to a higher level I just picked up my new Jeep Grand Cherokee on Tuesday and cannot say enough about the high level of service from the sales side of the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and the features, spent time describing to me all of the options, let me test drive two vehicles and helped me to make an informed decision without the normal pressure attached to the car purchase process. It should be noted I drove SAABs from 1981 until I purchase this vehicle. Since they no longer manufacturer this car I was very uninformed and nervous about buying a new car. Matt made the experience very positive. I recommend LaFontaine and Matt in particular to anyone considering the purchase of a new vehicle. More

The check at my last oil change said my trans fluid was cloudy & they wanted to sell me a flush & new fluid. This time, no problem, all was great. Never had the trans flush or changed the fluid! Go figure! More
