We decided to go to Lafontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fenton and that is where we met our salesman Scott Hebda. He was super nice and very knowledgeale about the cars and after telling him what we could afford and what vehicles we liked he helped us decide on the Jeep Compass. I have had it just a couple of days but I really do like it and am very happy with our choice of vehicle and salesman. Thank you to the dealership and Scott Hebda for helping a family get what they needed. More

He found a 2006 Pontiac G6 on the dealer website and had nothing but a great experience talking over the phone and connecting through email. We went to test drive the car it was in great shape and very clean! Joshua Bogner was great with walking us through the buying process and our wait was minimal for how busy the dealership was. Sales Consultant Scott Hebda and Corporate Finance Director Krysten Conner were so helpful and so sincere. I was excited to buy a new car and was not sure where to go. My sister-in-law told me about Lafontaine of Fenton. She told me her dad, who checked around everywhere for best prices, most sincere... Bought his truck from Lafontaine of Fenton and he lives in Ann Arbor. My sister-in-law and brother then bought their Jeep from there, so then I knew I would go there too. We made an appointment with Scott. My husband and I were greeted by a friendly, smiling receptionist. Other sales consultants said hi, smiled... We did not feel "attacked" at all. One of the sales associated actually led us to Scotts desk and told us we were in good hands... What?? How nice and refreshing! I told Scott I wanted a Jeep. After test driving, falling in love with a white, 2017 Jeep Cherokee, going over the best options for me with Scott , meeting with Krysten regarding financing and signing papers, I was able to get my new Jeep in 2 days! (My specific Jeep I wanted was at a different lot). It was so easy, so stress free and so nice to have professional, yet down to earth, sincere people to make it all possible!! I love my new Jeep Cherokee!! And no matter what vehicle you get, you must get the "special, secret windshield formula" on your windshield. It is a dream come true! Got an oil change on my old Jeep & drove home in a Renegade When I went to the dealership to get an oil change on my 2014 Jeep Patriot, I had intended to just talk to my favorite salesmen about the holiday seas When I went to the dealership to get an oil change on my 2014 Jeep Patriot, I had intended to just talk to my favorite salesmen about the holiday season. To my surprise, Doug Haggadone asked me, "when was the last time you drove a Renegade.' Of course, I have NEVER driven a Renegade, so I was fully intrigued. I have always liked the look of the vehicle because it looks like the original style Willy's Jeep. Doug and I drove the jeep around the block. I loved the response of the Jeep. Doug, of COURSE, provided the facts that Renegades are more fuel efficient, and that many people believe they handle better in Snow than Patriots. I was beginning to feel the ITCH for the vehicle, but just had to do some fact checking. I really wanted to know about the interest rate on current loans, how much my Patriot would trade in for, the deals on the Renegade and how to make this work. Matt in financing helped with the loan details and Doug made sure that I had great incentives from Chrysler to get the new JEEP. I consulted with my family and told them the details about the Renegade: better fuel efficiency, the trade in would cover the old loan (with just a small remainder to roll over), the incentives were great, the interest rate on the loan is lower, etc. My husband agreed WHAT A DEAL. I loved the ease of getting the new vehicle from Lafontaine and the professional sales skills of Mr. Haggadone! Wow, a deal that I never expected, and it has truly helped us a lot. Doug is truly an exceptionally great salesman. More
