This place is an absolute JOKE! I tried to have my Jeep serviced by them twice and it was a complete disaster. First time, I made an appointment online for service with a rental car since they couldn’t tel serviced by them twice and it was a complete disaster. First time, I made an appointment online for service with a rental car since they couldn’t tell me how long it would take to get it fixed. Upon arrival, I was told there was no rental car for me and they couldn’t help me. They promised they would call me back as soon as possible to get another appointment set up. After waiting over a week with no phone call I reached back out to them. At this point, I didn’t need a rental car, just to get my vehicle fixed. I was told I could bring it in any time so I made an appointment for 9:00am on a Saturday. By the time of my second appointment, it had been 3 weeks since my original appointment. Once I arrived the second time, I was advised they couldn’t fix my vehicle that day as they only had oil change technicians available and to come back another day. They had no manger on duty and offered no assistance to get my issue taken care of that day. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I would suggest staying far away. We will never be back! More

Last two visits I was not happy! I took my truck here for an oil change last Friday. My back tire was showing low. I asked then to check it and when they were finished I asked about it. The gentleman was not an oil change last Friday. My back tire was showing low. I asked then to check it and when they were finished I asked about it. The gentleman was not very nice and said there was nothing wrong and that it was just cold. He said they aired it up and it was fine. I drove around Fenton and the low tire warning never went away. The next day my husband put air in it and the warning went away. There was nothing on my receipt about them checking the tire's. I hate when I ask a question they act like I'm stupid. I have one more oil change there and then I'm not going back! More

Discounts and prices on website are lies. I tried to work a deal out of state on a car that stated it was 80-some thousand MSRP, but discounted to $68ish thousand. Awful experience We took a vehicle there on the recommendation of our regular mechanic-took it on Monday April 1-by Friday we had not heard any news so I called there- We took a vehicle there on the recommendation of our regular mechanic-took it on Monday April 1-by Friday we had not heard any news so I called there-and left a message for Joe the service manager to call back-that took a few hours-the result was that before they could get a clear read on malfunctioning sensors I should replace the exhaust system-took the vehicle home and replaced the exhaust-took it back to the dealer on Monday April 8-again-called Friday April 12 and Joe told me he was waiting for me to bring the vehicle back-when I took it on Monday it was driven right into the service garage and handed the keys off to a technician-so more diagnostics started-and got a call April 22 that the problem couldn't be solved by the mechanics-Joe made some suggestions for solving the issues-and the cost would have been astronomical-I picked up my vehicle-took it to a mechanic we have used in the past and were assured that the problem could be fixed-my BIGGEST issue is the lack of communication-when I picked up my vehicle the keys couldn't be found-we waited about 30 minutes until they were located-LONG STORY LONG-we will NEVER use LaFontaine again!!!!!! More

Six hours later I had to call them at 5:30 and they said oh we are keeping your truck overnight had to scramble for a car so I could get to work next day. #2 took my truck in for an oil change and I cought them putting in the wrong oil and they were still going to charge me. #3 took truck back in for trans problem had appointment for 11:30 no call no nothing until I called them at 5:30 the service guy told me they don't have a transmission tech so he told me to call another dealer. There is more to the story but that's the gist of it. Bottom line don't go it's a joke!!!! More

Purchase of a certified used car My son purchase a car.put a 500 dollar deposit down.next day had our band send in the purchase agreement and put insurance on the car.while. they had My son purchase a car.put a 500 dollar deposit down.next day had our band send in the purchase agreement and put insurance on the car.while. they had the car in for paint repair they still had it listed for sale and even lowered the price.my son was concerned they were going to sell it from under him.the detail shop forgot to put the floor mats back in the car.the dealer is 60 miles away from us so we'll see how they resolve that problem.detail job was about a 3 out of 10....beening a certified car we had to tell them about the recalls on the car to fix them before we pick it up.back window shade is not working properly.already have to bring it to a dealer in my area to have it repaired..for my son's first experience of buying a new used certified car.the whole week he waited for the car to be fixed in the paint shop so he could complete the sale he was worried that they would sell it to someone else for more money..i just don't understand was it was still listed for sale and evened lowered in price when they have a purchase agreement from our bank..I'm glad he got the car and i don't have to deal with them..like i said also we will see if they send him the floor mats that the detail shop forgot to put back in the car...i will repost about that..mean while he has th take it to another dealer to get the rear shade fixed...i would never do business with that dealer again More
