Most excellent. I was originally intending on purchasing a used Jeep. However, the particular one I had seen online was no longer available. That fact notwithstanding I was originally intending on purchasing a used Jeep. However, the particular one I had seen online was no longer available. That fact notwithstanding, Mr. Hebda informed me of a similar Jeep which they had recently received, which I decided to get instead. Even though the vehicle in question was very recent, they still took the time to do an inspection on it and replace the parts which both needed replacing and were critical equipment. They also provided me with a list of things which will eventually need replacing (as this is a used vehicle). The atmosphere was very friendly, and I will most certainly keep them in mind when the time comes to get a new vehicle. 10/10 would suggest this dealership to family/friends in need of a new or used vehicle. Just leased a Jeep Patriot! My experience with Hall Chrysler was by far the best experience I have ever had buying/leasing! Still Waiting for return call...Worst customer service Purchased a vehicle which was a very good experience. After my sale I tried to contact my sale person for two weeks, no luck on a return phone call. Purchased a vehicle which was a very good experience. After my sale I tried to contact my sale person for two weeks, no luck on a return phone call. I then called and requested to talk to the sales manager. Took two messages to finally get a phone call back. The call from the sales manager went right into voice mail. I called him back immediately, and left another message, and have yet to hear back from him. I then showed up at the dealership, talked to my sales person in person, and FINALLY after over two weeks of attempts had the service performed on my vehicle. After all this I called and ask to talk to Tim Hall, he got on the phone and apologized for all the inconveniences, and promised that he would personally take care of all future issues. Said he wanted to keep all my future business. Said he would call me back that night or tomorrow, to make sure all was good. I have yet to hear from him. Will never go back for a sale. Terrible customer service. More

Poor customer service I have many new cars over the years, but this was my first visit to Hall to test drive a new vehicle. I have never been treated as poorly by a salespe I have many new cars over the years, but this was my first visit to Hall to test drive a new vehicle. I have never been treated as poorly by a salesperson as I was by Scott Hebda. When the dealership called me the next day to see how my experience was, I told them what Scott said & how he treated me. They asked me to please allow their sales manager to apologize. Well, Nick, the sales manager never did call & talk to me. Doesn't seem the sales manager is interested in a poor experience if no sale took place. Super disappointed in the whole experience. More

Although I had made other stops, I returned to Hall Chrysler once I heard that he had a 2014 Jeep Cherokee I may be interested in. He explained everything in detail and I got the exact vehicle I wanted for a price I couldn't beat. It was a pleasure doing business with John Pitoniak. I love my new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Evynn Browning was very friendly and efficient and explained all the paperwork. I would highly recommend Hall Chrysler to all my family and friends. More

Great Experience and can't beat the price I've been into Hall several times and I always ask myself why I even bothered shopping around. I went into the dealership just to check on prices. Th I've been into Hall several times and I always ask myself why I even bothered shopping around. I went into the dealership just to check on prices. The service was prompt and friendly. I stated my need and got my test drive. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and confident in his product. Actually built my confidence in the product. Fiat seems to be doing a great job. I work with a lot of the automotive suppliers. I noticed the changes they've made to the acoustic materials in the engine compartment and the gas mileage this huge truck was attaining. I am not a "Dodge Guy", but I have to say, the truck felt better and had better gas mileage. I am having a hard time not becoming one considering I now have a Wrangler and a RAM. Spent the next 5 hours in 2 other dealerships (Chevy and Ford). First one, gave me the price and basically said there was nothing he could do. The second dealership did everything but laugh at me. They did the "try to make you feel stupid through the inflection of their voice." Basically, tried to steal my trade in. I felt like I needed a shower when I left. Hall allowed me to take the truck to pick up my wife. Upon return we were greeted by Tim Hall. He knew my history with them which to me is the sign of a true professional salesman/Entrepreneur. Most dealerships seem as if they are fighting individual battles. Hall seems to be fighting the war. I got the feeling that "this" sale was important but they were more concerned with the one after this. That is hard to find . Could I have got a better price...I don't care. I got the price I asked for, which was a great price. More importantly I got a dealership I trust. More
