Very Good Purchase I contacted Hall Jeep because they had the 2015 Orange Wrangler Sport 2D I have been looking for. Josh Cross was able to work with the sales manager I contacted Hall Jeep because they had the 2015 Orange Wrangler Sport 2D I have been looking for. Josh Cross was able to work with the sales manager and get me the best price of any dealership I have dealt with. I spoke to numerous dealerships in Michigan and I have been doing my research so I knew what I was dealing with when it came to price. There were two extra options on the Jeep and the price was still lower than anyone else. Because the dealership was over an hour away, they delivered the Jeep to my house. It came with 3/4 of the tank of gas which is unusual these days. The Jeep was detailed nicely and the drivers who delivered it were very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth and there were not hidden costs or surprises. I love this new Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Worst experience ever!! It was my first experience there and will be my last! Initially when we were looking at cars the sales person was very nice and I found the car I love It was my first experience there and will be my last! Initially when we were looking at cars the sales person was very nice and I found the car I loved. We were to pick it up on Monday after it was finished detailing. Monday was a huge disaster! The payments were higher then the maximum that we told them we could do and when I asked why that was I found out they added the extra coverage that I declined in anyway. Every document they put in front of me had at least one thing wrong and when I pointed it out the person said its correct in the system just sign it I didn't want to print off new sheets. Even on the credit sheet my name was wrong. They had my name, zip code, phone number, county, employer and they had that I live with relatives (when I'm married and own a home) all wrong!! Not to mention I was there for 3.5 hours and there were so many issues my husband left work to come help clear things up! Then when we finally got done with the documents we were told the sensors need to be replaced and we can either take a loaner car now or bring it in in a couple of days. They have been rude and disrespectful and I regret ever buying a car there! I've been treated very badly at dealerships before but this is by far the worst, all you are to them is $$$$. I can't wait to never have to deal with them again. More
