When it was time for a new v I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty over six years ago from Hall CJD of Fenton and they provided excellent service and value. When it was time for a new vehicle, I accessed the Hall Fenton website and looked over their new inventory. I was able to "Save" the Grand Cherokee in which I was interested, get pre-approved for a loan online and received a follow-up email and texts from Evynn Browning. The whole process could not have been more streamlined and straightforward. Evynn was very knowledgable, quick to respond and truly a pleasure to work with. I prefer texting - so that is how we conducted our business. I took photos of my documentation (driver's license, proof of insurance, registration, etc.) and texted them to her late on a Friday evening. Evynn took care of everything - including calling my insurance agent so that my proof of insurance was ready when I arrived to pick up my beautiful new Grand Cherokee the following Monday evening. Tim and Jim Hall were both on-site and so warm and welcoming. I felt like an honored guest! Matt in financing was very personable and so organized - the process was seamless. The atmosphere was busy, upbeat and professional. I received an excellent and fair trade-in price for my Liberty and was able to set the monthly amount I wanted for the lease on my new Grand Cherokee. When someone abruptly stopped in front if me, my car began stopping before I could get my foot on the break! The backup camera with the large screen is also a big help. It is much better than the small one in the Ford Fusion I had before. More
