Every thing I needed to do to be confident in this purchase , Jacob was more than willing to accommodate me. He was extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable and concerned to get me the answers to any questions I may have had about the car, or about the purchase terms. The entire experience was great as well as the entire staff at the Fenton location , very friendly and helpful. I have never thought of a Car Dealership as a place I would call "My Car Dealership", but because of this experience....I will be back! and I will highly recommend to my friends and family. More

I got a great new Jeep I bought my new 2015 Trailhawk a few months back from JP over there, and I have to say, it was a very stress-free negotiation. I got a great new Jeep at a price I was happy with, and also got a fair trade-in allowance on my '05 Liberty as well. Much more pleasant to deal with than the guy over at Al Serra and their "here's the price, take it leave it" attitude. I recommend John Paul and Hall Chrysler for your next car! More

Service was fantastic! JP, our salesman has continued to take care of us over the last year since we leased our Chrysler Town and Country. Recently JP had service come to our house and pick up our vehicle for a tune up and oil change.He provided us with another Town and Country while they drove it back to the dealership.
