The vehicle had several shallow scratches in the clear coat, needed a new piece of exterior t We bought a 2012 Tahoe through salesperson Matt Gatica. The vehicle had several shallow scratches in the clear coat, needed a new piece of exterior trim, and had some food stains on the interior. It was also missing a front floor mat and a remote keyless entry fob. Our salesman promised to fix all these items. When the new exterior trim arrived at the dealership I brought the vehicle in for the exterior and interior detailing to fix the scratches and stains. The body shop did a GREAT job. The exterior scratches were completely gone and the interior looks great. So far so good. When I picked the vehicle up, I was again promised (by Matt) to have a fob and floor mat for my by "next week". I called him several times to follow up in the subsequent weeks but was always put off with more promises but no actual progress on getting my parts. After 1 month of frustration, I posted a 3 star review on this site and was contacted by a customer service rep from LaFontaine who got me the missing key fob. The LaFontaine organization did a fine job in recovering from the salesman's poor follow-up. I have changed my review to 4 star to reflect the good work done by the rest of the organization after the salesman dropped the ball. More

We were in a time crunch for the process as she was leaving in 6 days to head back to college 12 hours away. Scott Hebda was fantastic! He stayed late to let us test drive, followed up with my daughter via text to tell her thanks for stopping in, and made the eventual purchase easy and hassle-free. The only critiques I have of our experience is that the interior of the car was still fairly dirty after taking ownership, and the underbody was absolutely filthy, covered in what seemed to be years of dirt from driving down a dirt road. I feel like when you are spending $15,000+ on a used car, it should be presented accordingly. Also in past experiences purchasing cars at other dealers, we've always been handed over the car with a full tank of gas, and this one was under half. Besides those few things, I'd say overall, a great selling/buying experience. More

He was extremely helpful, without being pushy or "in-your-face". I didn't end up driving out to this dealership to look at the car, but felt as though Evan deserved some credit. Even though I purchased a different vehicle, at a different dealership, Evan was still very nice and extremely understanding. More
