My salesperson, Scott Hebda, is extremely knowledgeable about all makes and models, which allows comparison shopping to be a simpler experience. I always feel like I am treated honestly and respectfully. Most dealerships I have visited, I feel like I am pressured to purchase a vehicle as soon as I walk on the lot. At Hall, it is a completely different experience. From Tim Hall, to the salespeople, to the rest of the staff walking through the showroom...everyone treats you the same...with a smile and an offer to help. More

Phenomenal service, very helpful, honest Matthew Gatica is the most down to earth, honest, ( no really he is honest for real) , friendly "sales" guy you will ever meet! I have been dealing with Matt for a couple of weeks now he always returns calls, and is there with you every step of the process of buying a car, he truly makes sure you understand everything and goes to work for you....either he loves his job and helping customers or he has a big heart and after buying my car from him I will not go anywhere else, he makes the whole process comfortable and even enjoyable. Matt went above and beyond in my experience with him and showed me all "salesmen" are not jerks. I cannot express how much Matt made my car buying experience smooth and easy. I have never been treated with more respect and understanding. From start to finish Matt will be there! I will never buy a car anywhere else or from anyone but Matt, has changed my whole car buying experience around from past (horrible) experiences to wonderful, very happy and I will be a returning customer to Matt!! From the moment I walked in and met Andy he asked me if I wanted anything to drink and sat me in a very comfortable chair while Matt was finishing up with a customer. Tom was who I signed my paperwork with he was very friendly and made sure everything was correct. Tom explains everything to you and what u are signing as well. My overall experience was fantastic I have never felt so comfortable and truly like family....with men I have only dealt with for a short time. I will forever be a Lafontaine used car king customer and Matt will be my life long car buying salesmen. I truly cannot express how much I enjoyed my whole experience with Matt and the staff. More

Matt was awesome Matt Gatica was so on top of things. Matt and Tommy did just what they said they would. My daughter bought a used car from a Ford dealership in Fento Matt Gatica was so on top of things. Matt and Tommy did just what they said they would. My daughter bought a used car from a Ford dealership in Fenton and let's just say I should have gone to Matt first. Both my daughters have now bought cars from Matt in August.
