After dealing again with the AWESOME sal This review comes as an update to a previous review. Yesterday, we leased a new vehicle from Hall (Fenton). After dealing again with the AWESOME sales staff and getting the best deal possible, it gives me great hope that the corrections and follow up details will be installed in the collision shop. Scott Hebda and Tim Hall went the extra mile to insure I was a satisfied returning customer before I left the dealership. With communication being the number one priority with the customer, all of this could have been avoided. The amazing sales staff (Scott, Tim and Judy) has minimized my skepticism with the quality of work performed. My return appointment today solved all of the issues with the repairs and my Ram is back to where it was before the accident. My family will continue to use Hall Fenton for all of our new and used vehicle purchases. Again, thank you for your extra efforts in making everything resolved. It is much appreciated!!! More

Best of the Best Last year I went with my daughter to this dealship when she bought a car. She got a great deal on her car so when I was looking to buy a newer used v Last year I went with my daughter to this dealship when she bought a car. She got a great deal on her car so when I was looking to buy a newer used van I checked their inventory online and found a van that was exactly what I was looking for. I called and made an appointment to see it. I was met at the door, introduced to my salesman Matt, and he showed me the freshly detailed van in the building (it was cold outside). Matt provided me with all of the information about the van and answered my questions. My old van was evaluated for a trade-in. I was offered a super great deal that I readily accepted. The financial arrangements went smoothly. The insurance transfer was arranged. I walked out the door with the keys in hand. Also, while at the dealership, I had a service question about my Cadillac that Dustin took the time to answer for me. Matt was knowledgable, personable and great to work with. I couldn't have been treated any better or with more respect. My husband and I both bought new cars from the Lafontaine Cadillac Dealership and have always received great service. I have such a great respect for the Lafontaine dealerships and their service departments that I cannot imagine ever going to another dealership again. More

Their patience, understanding, knowledge and professionalism are second to none. I would have gladly given them a better rating than 5 stars if a higher number was available. In my 63 years I have purchased more than 20 vehicles and this newest buying experience on a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie has topped them all. There are several Dodge Ram dealerships close to where I live, but I continually drive over 50 miles away to purchase my vehicles from Hall. Need I say more??? Thanks guys!!!! More
