Over a barrell I had purchased my last 2 cars fro Hall Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge so when I was traveling north on US-23 for a weekend get away and started having car tro I had purchased my last 2 cars fro Hall Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge so when I was traveling north on US-23 for a weekend get away and started having car trouble, I had AAA tow me to this dealership. I was stranded, they couldn't even look at my car until Monday. I was offered a rental car but that wouldn't have solved my problem. I ended up having to buy another vehicle. I was "told" my car had a "deep knocking" and that the engine was shot and my only options were to haul it away myself or trade it in for a mere $500.00 and they would take it to auction. I had recently replaced tires, stabilizer bars, deluxe windshield wipers and had repairs totaling well over $1500.00 yet my car was only worth $500.00 with no concrete evaluation and diagnosis?!? Not sure I believe it but I felt I had no choice. I was also told that by buying a Certified Pre-owned Car that "came with" a 100,000 mile warranty only to find out at the deal signing that this is something I had to pay over $2,500.00 to have. I just feel I wasn't given a fair trade/assessment for my car and was taken advantage of in my desperate situation. More

Got exactly what I asked for The wife and I had been thinking about a minivan for a while; she wanted one and the Town and Country is the non plus ultra (for her, anyway). I went online, from where I chatted over the LaFontaine website and submitted my credit application - even though I wasn't sure I was ready to pull the trigger I knew that I would only get out of a consultation what I put in to it. So, after a phone call I went to LaFontaine used car king. I met only quickly with Jacob Parks, gave him a run down of the ideal car and my desired payment range, along with what I could put down (only about a grand). I had to rush to class after that, but got word of my approval by text on the way there. Jacob served up the nicest car that fit my criteria - at the top of what I had given him to work with in terms of monthly payment was a nice 2014 Town and Country with low mileage and for all I could tell the car was new it was so pretty. Honestly, I didn't think I would be able to afford that new of a minivan, and being a mortgage officer I was curious to know what rate the financing would be with my down payment - even though the payment was what I had asked for I still wanted to know - turned out to be a lower rate than my own mortgage, so I was very pleased with that! I started out just trying to make the idea of upgrading my wife's car a little more real, found out it was very doable, the whole process took an afternoon and then the following morning from start to finish - payment, rate and merchandise were all top quality; Jacob and everyone else were friendly and polite. Honestly I had blast; put on a sports coat to pick up the car and felt like Mr. Good Provider the whole way home =D More

It all st I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Hall on 4/8/2016 and John Pitoniak made it happen. This is my 3rd jeep in 12 years. It all started online and then a visit to the dealer. I didn't end up making a deal on my first visit, but I continued to stay in touch with John. John was very patient, persistent and a true professional. I never felt like I was being pressured. we continued to negotiate via email and on Friday afternoon we sealed the deal.
