She widowed 2 years ago and her deceased husband used to handle all of the car issues in the home. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Hebda and "doing the leg work" for her on the front end. I shared with him her circumstance and he was able to professionally share it with the chain in command, so much so that her exact words were, "Wow, that was amazing! An incredibly warm, welcoming, non-pressured place of business." Hats off to all that were involved in making her, as well as my experience incredibly peaceful and enjoyable. Ps. As a side note- I've since sent my niece to see Scott and she felt the same way across the board. Way to go Scott and team! More

Terrible buying experience. THE WORST service experience!!! 6 hours for lease paperwork to get done, just to get called back because it was the wrong paperwork. 5 days to diagnose and fix a transmission cooler 6 hours for lease paperwork to get done, just to get called back because it was the wrong paperwork. 5 days to diagnose and fix a transmission cooler leak. Forgot to order parts. Parts came in,no call. 5 1/2 hours for oil change, a plug in trailer part and swap seat cover. No communication. 4 round trips at 60 miles one way on a lease vehicle. Lost key and paperwork by dealer causing one of the round trips. 2 1/2 days off work to get issues resolved. Unfriendly, uncooperative and very un-satisfying, to say the least. Terrible buying experience and The worst service experience in 40 years of buying and getting vehicles serviced. Poor representative of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or any dealership for that matter!! Never there, ever again!!! More

Mark Brown was my About 4 weeks ago,I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 from Randy Wise CJD, in Clio Michigan. Mark Brown was my salesmen,and with Jamie's help, (Financing), this proved to be a GREAT experience, I love this truck! I came upon this purchase,because the new CJD Dealer in my hometown of Fenton, Michigan was substantially below what one would call Medicare customer service and here is why. On a Friday afternoon at 5:50pm I had an issue that required a tow to this local dealer, No one would an ansewer the phones in the Service Dept. After repeated attempts, I asked that the Operator go back into Service and ask someone to pick up the phone, someone did,he identified himself as Jim,a service director, I had asked mim to call his towing contractor to come and get my truck,it needed to be moved that evening, because it blocked a driveway, I knew that the paperwork and repair would not be dealt with until Monday mornig,and that was OK. Jims response at 6:02pm was that Service was closed, and that was that. I did have it towed to another repair shop and spent about 2,000 dollars in repairs only to have heavier engine issues, so time for another truck. So here I am ,4 weeks later in an a new 2016 Ram from Randy Wise,in Clio, I KNOW the service expieince will be Great, the Service Manager, (Tom Skidmore,& Asst. Gene Neuman),Are the BEST, they are well seasoned ,and as good with customers it can get. Oh by the way to the guys @ LaFontaine CJD, after buying 6 cars at that location, and doing a radio commercial for Hall CJD, NEVER AGAIN! More

I wasn't even thinking I'd be able to afford a new vehicle! Wow! What an experience! Being close to 40 years old, it may be hard to believe I had never purchased or leased a vehicle through a dealership. I h Wow! What an experience! Being close to 40 years old, it may be hard to believe I had never purchased or leased a vehicle through a dealership. I had heard such awful dealer experiences that I had avoided it all my life. I was blown away by how friendly everyone was from the moment I had walked in the door. I truly didn't think I'd be able to drive away with a brand new vehicle. I actually just wanted to do a test drive and see what I'd need to work toward in the next 6mo - 1 yr when I'd be actually needing a new vehicle. While I wasn't able to get into the vehicle I went in to test drive, I left feeling as though salesman "Dino" must've waved a magic wand to get me into an even nicer vehicle. Overall, I was given exceptional treatment, came out with payments very close to the payments I was already making on the vehicle I traded in, and I get to drive a brand new Jeep! Thank you, Dino and staff for making me feel welcome and for taking the pain out of the dealership experience! I had no idea what I was missing all these years! More
