I found the vehicle on the Lafontaine Cadillac website. I drove to the dealership on Sunday night to look at the vehicle and fell in love with it. I called the dealership on Monday and asked to speak to a I drove to the dealership on Sunday night to look at the vehicle and fell in love with it. I called the dealership on Monday and asked to speak to a cadillac sales person and was transferred to Mary Ann Audette. She was very informative on the phone, giving me a price of the vehicle and what my approximate lease payment would be which I was interested in. I drove back to the dealership on Tuesday to get a better view of the vehicle in the day light. This time I went inside and met Mary Ann face to face. She remembered me and our conversation from the day before, very friendly and willing to help. I told her I really was interested in the vehicle but I needed to check to see what my insurance rate would be. She told me not to worry, she would hold the vehicle for me. I called her on Thursday, told her my insurance was taken care of, she instructed me how to fill out an application on line (I had never done this before). The website was very easy to follow. A representative called me back shortly after, said they had received my application and asked when did I want to pick up the vehicle? I told her Friday. Mary Ann called me back, said everything was ready, my insurance agent had contacted her and faxed all of the necessary information and I was all set to pick up my vehicle on Friday. On Friday, Nov. 15th, I arrived at the Lafontaine dealership, Mary Ann presented me with a gift and roses (never had this done before). She showed me my vehicle that was parked and ready to go but first I had to meet with the Finance Manager, Mike Walls, to complete the final paper work. He also was excellent. He explained all paperwork before I signed them, very helpful and friendly. He also was able to get me a "real" license plate instead of the temporary paper sticker (never has that been done before). I have driven cadillacs for approximately 25 years and have never received the outstanding treatment that I received from the Lafontaine employees. This is what I call a "Top of the Class dealership". Mary Ann walked me through the dealership, "beautiful". After she explained all of the vehicle technologies, I was ready to go. The entire process from the time I arrived until I left took approximately 1 hour. Excellent!! More
