LIARS I went in to purchase what I thought to be a really nice car. I called first thing Monday morning and set a test drive. I drove ALL the way out there I went in to purchase what I thought to be a really nice car. I called first thing Monday morning and set a test drive. I drove ALL the way out there then the salesman I was working with informed me that "Sorry you actually can't test drive it because of a recall." So, my question for starters is why wasn't I informed that when I called instead of wasting a trip. So I told him to call me when I could drive it. It took an entire week for him to call me, I passed up many good cars because I was waiting on this one. So, I went in and test drove it. After driving it about 10 minutes the power steering went out. So, I drove back to the dealership and informed my salesman. He made it obvious that he didn't believe me. But finally after a little dispute he had it checked out. He told me he'd have it fixed, so I decided to purchase the car. I drove all over creation between getting my loan, insurance companies, banks, etc. Finally I come back with the check. He said he'd call me when it was done, which is said could possibly be that very day. It was an entire week before he finally called me and told me they don't have the part in, and it will be a while. He could not even give me an estimation on when the part would arrive. He told me if the car wasn't ready by Friday he would get me a loaner car, he promised he would be able to do that for me if i came in Friday morning.(I knew he could not get me a loaner car because I was not 21+) So, first thing Friday morning I came in and he said to me "I cannot sell you this car" it was apparent he knew he was unable to sell me the car for a few days, but didn't have the courtesy to tell me. He was unable to sell the car because they didn't know what was wrong with the power steering. He kept saying "its not my fault" but there were a lot of things he did wrong, Every time I drove out to the dealership it was for a different reason than to my knowledge. I spent 3 weeks sitting on this car, I had to miss work to deal with this car. I had to pay interest on my cancelled loan, i missed an 8 hour day at work, and not to mention the entire tank of gas I used to drive all over the place for this car. That in the end it wasn't sold to me. NOT TO MENTION I CALLED THE SALES MANAGER TO TELL HIM ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK More

Luke Fields is not only a very personable person to work with, but he took care of every detail possible for us and made the process of leasing our new vehicle flawless. Our experience the day we picked up our vehicle was excellent. We could not get over the size of the dealership, the friendliness of the employees or the amenities offered to the customers. We have two GM vehicles in our home and will definitely be back to Lafontaine in the future. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant. More
