While waiting for my care, My salesman, Garnell Woolridge saw me and came over to greet me. I mentioned my overage in miles and he pulled my record. Mr. Woolridge was not only able to get me into a new lease but provided excellent service that allowed me to meet prior commitments. The staff that brought the new lease car to me and the staff that provided information regarding insurance that covers damage to the lease car and overage in miles were both professional and courteous. He was super nice and did not seem to mind that we were holding up closing. We actually loved the vehicle and completed the sale quickly. We took possession of the vehicle the next day. We found JP to be very pleasant, thorough and professional. The buying experience was easy and not problems with the vehicle which is great since it was previously owned. I only gave 4 stars because I was a little disappointed in the detail cleaning of the vehicle. More

We were greeted with friendly faces and our salesman Harvey Hortick was amazing. He showed us the dealership since we have never been before and showed us in detail the vehicles were were looking at. My husband and I never felt pressured to buy and felt like we were getting honest prices. when we decided to go through with the lease, I called Harvey and everything was started so all we had to do was come down and sign the papers. I have never had a good experience at a dealer until now! Plus, I love my Cadillac! We will definately be back to shop again! More

My experience was exceptional! After dealing with another dealership for several years, I was pleasantly surprised with Jeff Chapel, my sales representative. First, the dealership was open on Saturday, I was approached by Jeff and was warmly greeted. I had a specific vehicle , GMC 1500 Crew Cab, I gave Jeff the list and he immediately searched the dealership inventory as well as nearby dealerships for my vehicle. We couldn't find it so Jeff put together a list of possible alternatives. On Monday I returned for a test drive in a similar vehicle to the one we had settled on. The suspension system was not the one I had originally selected, but was better. The vehicle was unavailable, so Jeff expanded the search. Fate was on our side, while we were searching and dealership called seeking a trade for a Yukon in LaFontaine's inventory, guess what they had to trade, the exact vehicle we were looking for. What luck, we took it. Now Jeff took on the trade-in and he worked the ropes until both the dealership and I were satisfied. To complete the deal, I worked with Kirk Shubert. Kirk was very knowledgeable, thorough and well prepared. He lead me thru all the paperwork efficiently. Explained all the options. Loving my new truck. Back in March we walked into this dealership, expecting to get beaten up on trade in values. We were totally wrong. We met our salesman Bob Anderson, and explained what was going on and what we were looking for. Thankfully Bob is a very patient man, he did not try to push us into vehicle. He allowed us to come to the decision of exactly what we wanted. Nicely equipped GMC Terrain for the wife. Long story short, no pressure, great prices, both trade in and out the door. That experience was so good, we came back in April for a new truck for me. Again, Bob was an incredible help, gathering all the towing specs, and making sure we got the right vehicle to tow our fifth wheel. Bob, I can't thank you enough. I absolutely love my 2015 GMC 3500 HD Denali the luxury of this vehicle is incredible. Again, another easy deal, no pressure. Both you and Kirk were very easy to work with. I will highly recommend both the dealership and specifically Bob to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
