Warranty work; Squeak, Check Air Bag, New Noise in HVAC Squeak was not fixed. Claimed tools is rear storage bin was issue. Removed tools from vehicle and same squeak in 2nd row seating area. Car given to Squeak was not fixed. Claimed tools is rear storage bin was issue. Removed tools from vehicle and same squeak in 2nd row seating area. Car given to me with parts and tools in 2nd row behind driver seat. Left Dealer, half way home Dealer called and said to come back. Driver Seat was not fully bolted to floor. New Noise in HVAC, told system was checked, but noise still there. 2nd Service person gave a free coffee coupon for my trouble, "big deal" considering I was 10 miles away and wasted gas on 20 mile round trip. More

great customer service the customer service rep was very helpful! I had my 3 children with me age 3,1,9months. And he gave us drink slips for the cafe. Which made the 45 min the customer service rep was very helpful! I had my 3 children with me age 3,1,9months. And he gave us drink slips for the cafe. Which made the 45 min oil change so much better because the kids were able to have a drink with the snack we got. They also love the children's TV in the small play area. The oil change was much faster than the last time we were here a few months back. Glad this visit was much faster and better. Travis was such a nice person. He asked if I needed any help getting the kids to the waiting room. And once our car was done he came back to get us, and let us know we were all set. Then her opened all the doors to help with the stiller, and offer to help me load the kids and the stroller in the car. I declined because I'm so used to do this on my own, but it was so very sweet of him to offer to help. Most people wouldn't care to help. I will keep coming back with this kind of service!!! A+ More

Our buying experience there was nothing less than perfect and we were adamant to keep our future business with LaFontaine. Last month, our family was once again in the market for a new vehicle and we chose to go to the LaFontaine dealership in Fenton, as it is closer to our home. We did not realize that purchasing a car from a different LaFontaine location would have such a drastic difference in the treatment and servicing we received. The vehicle I was hoping to purchase was at the Romeo location, for convenience, the salesman at the Fenton LaFontaine was willing to have it brought to their location the same day. Sadly, that is the only positive of the purchase experience. I decided to buy this car, with the only "we owe" requests being to get floor mats (the car didn't have any), and for the vehicle to be fully detailed, (as it was new to the lot it had not been done at the time of purchase). It has taken over a month and 6 phone calls to finally get the worn out, filthy, sopping wet floor mats that were provided. This only seemed to be a priority as the salesman was heading for vacation and was in need of me to sign a missing piece of paperwork. I was handed a pen with several blank pieces of paper and asked to sign. When I refused to sign blank forms, the salesman was very offended. All in all this was an extremely poor car buying experience. More

Quick visit - an hour. Service has been great. The only complaint I have is the way my gift card for test driving my HHR was handled. When I asked JP when I could expect Service has been great. The only complaint I have is the way my gift card for test driving my HHR was handled. When I asked JP when I could expect the card, I was told 6-8 weeks. I still hadn't received the card and when I contacted JP, I was told that your dealership has no control over the rebate once it leaves the dealership. He told me to bring in a copy of the rebate form and he would take care of it. I don't have a copy of the form, I gave him the original. I am disappointed. Even though it was a small gift card, I wish I could have gotten it. Frank in service is wonderful, very helpful an friendly. Feels like family. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. More
