2014 GMC Terrain After getting into an accident this past weekend, and being told that my car would be totaled out...lead to a Stressful weekend. However, dealing with Robert Bell wasn't stressful at all. He was very helpful and down to earth. He helped my brother and I look at different SUVs. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. He even gave a tour of the facility and bought us drinks from the café while waiting. Although, I did spend a little more than I originally planed to, but the 2014 GMC Terrain has all the features I was looking for an SUV. I was shocked at the price to add on the warranty, almost a 1/4 of the price of the SUV. On the down side, it took over an hour to wait for financing and would have taken longer, as Robert wanted to wait for a particular finance agent. My brother ended up saying something, and we were helped right away by another agent, did not catch his name. More
