Ive had 2 experiences with LaFayette Ford & Lincoln and they were both excellent. One service was a recall that was even completed in my driveway. Git my truck back after a month and a half, I was understanding about the time but when I finally got my truck back it was filthy inside and out mind you I just purchased the truck 2 weeks before thi understanding about the time but when I finally got my truck back it was filthy inside and out mind you I just purchased the truck 2 weeks before this so it looked like it just came from a dealer when I dropped it off clean as a whistle, also charge for a diagnostic fee of around 400 dollars because they noticed black smoke on start up after it sat for 3 weeks( I have noticed no smoke yet). And no I didn't have them repair the smoke problem only a hub assembly and bearing, also scatched on my wheel flare and a nice 1 in scare in my new rim. Won't go back More
