I was promised being treated like family First of all I was sold a new car that had a blown speaker. Told them it was messed up they replaced it the speakers were still sounding funny like th First of all I was sold a new car that had a blown speaker. Long story short and driving a rental for about a month the speaker still sounds the same and they blame my phone after it was proven it’s not. Whatever I’ll go to another ford and I’ll deal with the noise for a while. After they had the car for about a month and multiple mechanics and people going in and out of the car and leaving it outside when I usually park my car in the garage, they turn my car back In real dirty. I call and ask if they could clean it but even that was a hassle to do took them 2weeks for them to finally say ok will clean it. Customer service in my opinion was horrible there are 2 people in the dealership that actually helped out a lot which were amber(car seles) and Julie clark(rental manager). I will not be returning to this dealership again for any reason. More

I worked with Amber Arteaga in sales and Gene Griffin in finance and the whole transaction could not have gone better or smoother. The whole process went well and without any problems. I do like the advantage of being able to see inside the bays and watch them work on my vehicle. Miss the pastry! Plus, the Lincoln wash was like my grand kids washed the vehicle. I saw the gentleman vacuum out the car, but had to do it again when I arrived home, plus wipe several areas off, as well as the rims, etc. Detail section needs to improve. Other than that excellent service. More

Leaving very little time, still handling insurance and GAP claims, one handed, have a 3 year old and wanting everything like I had (loan and car) Jennie and Gene Griffin worked all morning Saturday to find me exactly what I wanted but better- which I didn’t think was possible. I literally did everything over the phone and email. I arrived at the dealership at 1pm and drove away in a 2018 Focus at 2pm. I couldn’t be more excited about my new car. Jennie and Gene didn’t know me, only heard my situation and made it happen. Thank you so much to Jennie, Gene and everyone at LaFayette who helped assist my husband and I in making it entertaining for our daughter!! More

Friendly and thorough I used the Ford application to schedule my service. Unfortunately the app has bugs and when I arrived they weren't expecting me. They handled a couple recalls and did their best to track down a loose bolt in my tailgate. though we couldn't find the rattle my service writer and manager were awesome and kept me informed all the way thru. Best Ford experience in my life. More
